Responsibilities:
A Day in the Life:
Develop meaningful, evidenced-based, hierarchical programming based on data, progress and the continued assessment of the client.
Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to the RBT's on patient caseload.
Provide on-going direct and indirect family guidance that are necessary for programming success.
Conduct consistent communication with all treatment team members.
Participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers outside of Golden Steps.
Review data on a timely basis and communicate when needed to team members.
Maintain professional boundaries as indicated by the BACB.
Perform comprehensive initial intake and perform recurring assessments.
Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload.
Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
What You'll Bring:
Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month.
LBA (if applicable)
Willing to have a background check
Excellent writing and verbal communication
Must have a reliable car and drivers license for commuting to the home of clients.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 35lbs.
Bending and squatting for up to an hour per day.
Required to perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend kneel, squat sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time.

What You'll Do
* Supervisory:
* Provide clinical supervision to staff related to professional development and clinical direction for youth and families.
* Interview candidates applying for assigned clinical and non-clinical positions in the division.
* Responsible for the training of assigned staff, which includes thorough and complete training for new employees and assuring that the current staff receive appropriate continuing education and clinical guidance.
* Assign performance goals, conduct monthly supervision, and perform scheduled evaluations for all direct reports.
* Establish work schedules and on call rotation among staff to assure coverage of the division.
* Clinical:
* Participate in the development of a Program's documented treatment/service plans and provide identified behavioral services to meet the need of the clientele and/or program specifics.
* Develop/Maintain consultative and liaison relationships with catchments area caregivers (e.g., schools, human services agencies, etc.) to cultivate work relations, provide consultative services and/or promote the coordination and development of mental health services.
* Complete assessments as needed. Assessments may include psychosocial assessments, Diagnostic Assessment Forms, and independent living skills assessments.
* Compliance/Reporting:
* Timely documentation as required by policy, regulations, and contract requirements.
* Maintain contact with referral agency personnel using discharge reports, Diagnostic Assessment forms, telephone calls, and incident reports in addition to regularly scheduled and required written reports.
* Must be in compliance with monthly and quarterly requirements as defined annually by SAFY QI/CQI standards. Meet state required utilization standards for Mental Health services.
* Other:
* Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of SAFY staff by participating in joint meetings, and problem identification and resolution.
* Establish and maintain a supportive and positive working relationship with youth, families, referring agencies, and other SAFY stakeholders.
* Attend relevant in-house and external seminars, training, conferences and workshops to develop and enhance knowledge in the designated area as well as achieve relevant education hours per year to enhance professional and job-related skills.
* Attending required meetings within the division team, region, and central office (team and/or community partners).
* Meets regularly with supervisor to discuss issues and performance.
* Sensitive and responsive to the cultural differences of staff, SAFY youth, foster parents, referral sources and the public.
* Provide on-call response for assigned region(s).
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in the field of social work, counseling, psychology, or other license-eligible related field of human services
* Must hold master's level or provisional licensure and be under independent licensure supervision in state.
* Experience providing clinical supervision is preferred.
* Minimum of two years of experience in the field of mental health/therapeutic intervention with children, adolescents, and families. Experience with family preservation services and/or best practice models of clinical application preferred
* Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and auto insurance coverage to meet travel requirements; may require transporting youth if needed.

Prepare and submit timely all required company, RFP, program, referral agency and regulatory reports, progress notes, and billing tickets. Compile profile using pre and post assessment tools for outcome measures.
* Report clientele caseload according to requirement to support personnel as identified by program (ex: Office Manager, Medicaid specialist, finance personnel).
* Maintain contact with referral agency personnel using discharge reports, Diagnostic Assessment forms ,telephone calls, and incident reports in addition to regularly scheduled and required written reports.
* Review all client files pertaining to assigned caseload as part of the quality improvement process.
* Be in compliance with monthly and quarterly requirements as defined annually by SAFY QI/CQI standards. Meet state required utilization standards for Mental Health services.
Clinical Therapist:
* Inform clients of company policies, procedures, rights and responsibilities. Enforce policies by writing corrective action plans, incident reports, and/ or conducting rules investigations.
Other:
* Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of SAFY staff by participating in joint meetings, and problem identification and resolution.
* Establish and maintain a supportive and positive working relationship with youth, foster parents, referring agencies, and other SAFY stake holders.
* Attend relevant in-house and external seminars, trainings, conferences and workshops to develop and enhance knowledge in the designated area as well as achieve relevant education hours per year to enhance professional and job related skills.
* Attends required meetings within division, region, and central office (team and/or community partners).
* Participate in assigned committees and chairs if so appointed. If appointed, maintains liaisons with state and national organizations.
* Meets regularly with supervisor to discuss issues and performance.
* Submit monthly/quarterly reports to immediate supervisor.
* Sensitive and responsive to the cultural differences of staff, SAFY youth, foster parents, referral sources and the public.
* May be on call 24 hours or on a rotating basis to address crisis with clients.
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
* LCSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred.
* We will also consider candidates who are working towards their independent licensure. An LSW (with Master's)/LMHCA/LMFTA is required.
* Master's degree in the field of social work, counseling, marriage & family counseling, psychology, sociology, child & family studies, or other approved related field of human services is required. Must be eligible for licensure.
* At least two (2) years of experience working with children or families; experience in the child welfare system; or other related experience in social services, advocacy, or mental health is preferred.
* Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and auto insurance coverage to meet travel requirements; may require transporting youth if needed.
