About the Role
In this role, you will support the execution of Kohl's paid and organic social campaigns to drive sales and traffic, as well as influencer programming and engagement for Kohl's.
What You'll Do
Develop the social calendar for always-on paid and organic content that delivers against social goals and strategies
Use social channel best practices and media learnings to optimize and evolve content
Identify and activate on social media trends, leaning into insights, data and trend reports to inform real-time content creation
Create social content for all broad-based brand programs and strategies, including seasonal initiatives, micro brand strategies, new brand launches, special and celebrity events, internal communications and other press functions
Support ongoing reporting, measurement and analysis of social content and performance
Maintain internal and external social partner relations to effectively collaborate across the organization/team to execute social content and programming that align with brand strategies and annual marketing plans
Maintain a pulse on new and emerging trends and platform testing, learning, and experimenting in ways that feel authentic to the brand
Identify influencer content-sharing opportunities across Kohl's paid and organic efforts, as well as digital extensions across Kohl's marketing channels
Support press, experiential, influencer and engagement teams as needed

What Skills You Have
Bachelor's Degree in Brand Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Experiential Marketing, or other applicable areas of study

GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Sr. Analyst, Best Practices will play a key role as a Store Operations partner to develop and modify best practices internal to the department and chainwide through quantitative and qualitative analyses, effective project management, and consensus building with Executives. They will coordinate with key business partners to design, test, and implement initiatives and/or technologies that reduce payroll, drive better process execution, and/or improve customer convenience. The base salary range for this role is $75,700 - $113,650. Perform comprehensive data analysis:
